Mary Joan Allen, 89, passed away in Fort Wayne, Indiana surrounded by her family, on June 9, 2019. She was born in Bedford, Indiana on March 29, 1930, the daughter of the late David and Fannie (Cezar) Allen. She is survived by her brother, Donald Allen of Butler, Indiana; nieces, Sara Allen of Fort Wayne, Indiana, and Jennifer (John) Sargent of New Haven, Indiana; nephew, David (Bobbi Jo) Allen, of Auburn, Indiana; and three great-nephews and one great-niece.
She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, and sister-in-law, Aneita Allen.
Although there are no services, the family will be holding a Celebration of Life at a later date.
