Mitchell R. Kurtz, 58, passed away Saturday, December 2, 2017 in Fort Wayne. Born in Fort Wayne, Mitchell worked as a factory worker with several local companies. Surviving are his mother, Carol Packard; brothers, Michael Kurtz and Matthew Kurtz all of Fort Wayne. Mitchell was preceded in death by his father, Raymond Robert Kurtz, and step-father, Arthur Packard. Service is 10:30 am, Wednesday, December 13, 2017 at D. O. McComb & Sons Maplewood Park Funeral Home, 4017 Maplecrest Rd with calling one hour prior. Calling also Tuesday, December 12, 2017, 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm at the funeral home.
