Sandra J. Weaver, 73, passed away Tuesday, March 31, 2015 at her home in Fort Wayne. Born in Ravenna, OH, Sandra was a member of Bethany United Methodist Church. She was a counselor for the YWCA Women's Shelter and Hope Alive/Washington House. She was also a member of the Business & Professional Women's Organization and served as President of M.A.D.D. Fort Wayne Chapter. Sandra enjoyed reading, bowling but most of all spending time with her family and friends. Surviving are her daughter, Amy (Paul) Houshoulder of Fort Wayne, son, Chet (Sherri) Chambers of Auburn, grandchildren, Brittaney, Tyler (Alyse), Brooke, and Hunter. Sandra was preceded in death by her father, John O'Hare, mother, Mary L. Summers, husband, Robert Weaver, and brother, John L. O'Hare. Service is 11:00 am, Tuesday, April 7, 2015 at Bethany United Methodist Church, 7715 Sunny Lane with calling one hour prior, Rev. Jerry Wood officiating. Calling at D. O. McComb & Sons Maplewood Park Funeral Home, 4017 Maplecrest Road Monday, April 6, 2015, 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm & 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm. Burial in Highland Park Cemetery, Fort Wayne, Indiana.
