E. Auline Nyberg, 84, passed away Tuesday, February 13, 2018 at her home in Fort Wayne. She was born in Flushing, OH, to the late John and Ruth Marie Fisher. Auline graduated from Harlan HS in 1952 and earned her nursing degree at Parkview School of Nursing in 1955. She worked as a R.N. at Parkview Hospital for 20 years and the Townehouse Retirement Center for 32 years, retiring in 2008. She was a member of Saint Joseph United Methodist Church, Epworth Forest Choir School; North Webster, IN Singer 14 years; Sounds of Hope Musical Tour; Active with many local music groups for 20 years; Creative Retirement Conference Music Director for 15 years and a member of the St. Joe Methodist Choir since 1970. Surviving are her sons, Richard Nyberg of Fishers, IN; Roger Nyberg of Fort Wayne, IN; daughter, Rachelle Oliver of Dumfries, VA: 3 grandchildren, 1 great-grandson, brothers, Arthur L. Fisher of Leo, IN; L. Edwin Fisher of Fort Wayne, IN; sister, Sharon Little of Pickerington, OH. Auline was preceded in death by husband, Allan R. Nyberg. Service is 3:00 pm, Sunday February 25, 2018 at Saint Joseph United Methodist Church, 6004 Reed Rd with calling 2 hours prior, with Pastor Russ Abel officiating. Private burial in Highland Park Cemetery, Fort Wayne, Indiana. Memorials may be made to the St. Joseph United Methodist Church 6004 Reed Road. To sign the online guest book, go to
