Ann Elizabeth (Fowler) Riggs, 59, passed away Thursday, January 30, 2014 at her home in Fort Wayne. Born in Biloxi, MS, Ann earned her bachelor's in business degree from Indiana University. She had been working with SIRVA for over 25 years. Ann enjoyed her shopping time at Target, traveling to New York City, watching Indiana Basketball but most of all spending time with her family. Surviving are her mother Carolyn Fowler of Fort Wayne, daughter Stephanie (Daniel) Bellinger of New Carlisle, granddaughter Mallory Bellinger, nephews Andy Planck, Tim (Janae) Planck, niece Amy (Bryan) Schenkel, and great-nephew Jacob Planck. Ann was preceded in death by father, Philip Fowler and sister Kimberly Planck. Service is 11:00 am, Tuesday, February 4, 2014 at D. O. McComb and Sons Maplewood Park Funeral Home, 4017 Maplecrest Road with calling one hour prior, Rev. Jim McKay officiating. Calling at the funeral home Monday, February 3, 2014 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm & 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm. Burial in Highland Park Cemetery, Fort Wayne, Indiana.
